To Register to Vote in 2010:
Please click here to download an electronic copy of a Voter Registration Application. Once completed, please sign and mail to your County’s Board of Elections. You will also find the information on the Page 2 of the Voter Registration Application.
Your Voter Registration Application must be postmarked by August 24, 2010, in order to vote in the Primary Election (on Tuesday, September 14, 2010) and October 12, 2010, to vote in the General Election(on Tuesday, November 2, 2010).
If you submit a voter registration application during the period that registration is closed, your application will be held at the local board of elections and processed when registration reopens.
For the 2010 elections, registration will be closed from August 24, 2010, to September 27, 2010, and October 12, 2010, to November 15, 2010.
To Change or Update Your Voter Registration:
You may change your address, name, or party affiliation by completing a new Voter Registration Application or Voter Registration Change Form. Once completed, please mail to your County’s Board of Elections. You will also find the information on Page 2 of the Voter Registration Application.
Your updated registration is not effective until you receive a new voter registration card from the Board of Elections. If you have not received a card within three weeks of sending in your changes, please contact your County’s Board of Elections.
